Special Charges

These Special Charges are referenced in the price lists that appear below each item and should be added only when they apply to your order.
A - $8 Net	Original StampSet-Up Charge This charge is for any custom stamping on each order or style.
B - $3 Each	Type Change This charge is for minimal type changes, i.e. a prefix "A" hcanged to "B" or a year date change etc. For extensive type changes, or changes in formeeat, etc., contact us for a quote.
C - $6/Thousand	Special Packing in sets of 100 Standard packing is 1000, 5000 or 10,000 identical tags to a carton depending on size and weight.
D - $20 Net	Make-Ready Charge This is a one time chaarge on each order or it can apply to changes in style, size, color, holes, etc.
E $5/Hundred -or- $3/Hundred	Black/White Filled Characters $5/100 on less than 500 $3/100 on 500 or more Stamped characters can be filled with this contrasting color to make easier to read.
F - $1 Set	Special Numbering Charge Applies to each set of less than 100 consecutive numbers (i.e. sets 1 thru 10, 50 thru 75, etc.) -or- each set of identical numbers (10 each of no. 15, 12 each of no. 78)
G - $1/Hundred	Colored Material Charge Add this charge to the list prices for colored material. There is a $10.00 minimum per color, per size.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Most of our products are custom manufactured to order, therefore phone orders must be confirmed by fax or in writing and please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Merchandise is sold F.O.B. Newport, KY. Title of merchandise passes at the time and place of shipment. Terms of sale are Net 30 days to approved credit. To open an account, please request a Credit Application and allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing. Otherwise, cash with order is required, or use your Mastercard, Visa, or Discover Card. COD orders are accepted for stock items only. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and require a Return Authorization Number. Custom maarked goods are not returnable.
