HIN Tags for TuckTec, the Folding Kayak!

TuckTec is a portable, folding, kayak that only weighs 28 lbs. and is 15″ x 47″ inches when folded up. This makes traveling and carrying a TuckTec kayak extremely easy. Originally founded in 2005, TuckTec created a Kickstarter in 2019. They raised the funds to move out of their home’s garage into a larger facility where they ramped up production. TuckTec now make 120+ kayaks a day!

Hull Identification Tags are required for all watercraft. When TuckTec needed a way to put each individual hull ID number on their foldable kayaks, they turned to National Band & Tag for custom HIN Tags. They get our 1″ x 3″ Style 14 (rectangle with rounded corners) in .030″ stainless steel. The stainless steel tags are non-corrosive and heavy duty, making them the best option for kayaks that are in and out of the water. These custom tags are stamped with important information such as website, customer service phone number, “Always wear a CG Life Vest”, the hull ID number, company name and USA. After purchasing your TuckTec kayak, you can register the ID number from your kayak’s tag on the TuckTec website, making you the owner of the kayak.
